Most of the persons you'll meet on campus greatly influence the course of your stay positively and there are several others that will also influence you negatively.
Here are the seven kind of people you'll meet on campus.
1. Class Genius
These are student who go the extra miles to organise extra classes and study group for other members in their department before exams. They guide and coach others on area where they have difficulties. They may not be too intelligent but they know what they are doing. Associating with this kind of persons will greatly influence your academic performance if you are determine for excellent in school.
2. Roommate.
A roommate is the person you share your room with on campus. Your campus roommates will most likely be your best friend and who you'll probably think of sharing your thoughts with each time you feel like talking with someone. When you have issues to deal with on campus, your roommate is most likely the first you share it with. They are one person you can't afford to ignore though some might be very annoying and difficult to cope with but with the right ones you've no issues.
3. Party Lovers
This set of people that never miss an event in campus and most times the travel out of campus just to attend an event not minding the cost. They are excited when it comes to parties and clubbing. You barely see them on campus during weekends because they most definitely have a party to attend.
4. Hall/Hostel Mates
This set of persons are those living in the same hall/hostel with you. Unlike your roommate, you probably might not see them often due to your schedule or their's. But you'll equally benefit from having an intimacy with them.
5. Social Freaks
people from this group are always up to date with latest gist/gossip about events and happenings on campus. They never lack on current trends and they can deliver to you detailed information on things such as: best graduating students in each faculty, upcoming concerts on campus, music, fashion and sport. They are good at it.
6. Politics/Activist Group
This set of persons are student who engage in ALUTA struggle fighting for other students right. They barely attend classes because they are either in one meeting with the Rector, the Dean of student, Head of department etc. If you are the type who love politics then you'll find these persons useful while on campus.
