1. Start the day with the right words (affirmation).
Each day before you set out for the day’s activities ensure to taking out and speak words (positive) to yourself. You might even stand by the mirror and say words like, “I’m making progress in all I do” or “Today will be awesome”. When you say words like this every day before  you go out no minding whether how depressed and troubled you are, you will amaze how much you life/day improves. Never allow your day to rule by negative thought or emotion; always affirm positive words to yourself.

2. Direct your mind towards good thing no matter:
Certainly, you’re going to encounter trials on your part each day—but a positive mindset surely will guarantee a fruitful day. When you encounter such these challenge, focus on the benefits, no matter what! For example, colleague at work may decide to pick on you for no significant reason just to you feel sad; never allow that to infuse a negative pulse on you rather you work out of such environment and direct your mind towards the great day ahead. 
3. Find peace in trying Times.
Allow yourself to experience peace in the darkest of time or trying times. Remind yourself that this situation will definitely turnaround for your favour and make merry with the moment. let's say you’re laid off or depressed; imagine the most absurd way you could spend your last day.


4. Transform failures into lessons.
Mistakes and failure are definitely going to dive into part in multiple contexts, with others and probably at work. Instead of letting it pull you down, think about what you do-learn from your failures. Focusing on getting the best out of every mess you are in or situation.
5. Transform negative self-talk into positive self-talk.
Cultivate to habit of positive self-talk. Negative self-talk can pull you down easily without your notice. You say my words are always wrong or it hard for me to try this. This thoughts before long forms the basis of your life. When thought like that swap into your mind reject them and replace them with positive words like”My words are positive and effective” or “I’m making progress in all things”.
